优化轨道交通车站步行可达性对于提升城市品质、充分发挥轨道交通对城市用地开发的带动作用具有重要意义。针对既有研究在基础数据获取、评估技术方法等方面的不足,探索利用互联网快速获取现状步行网络数据的技术手段,并研究封闭小区背景下基于地块的可达性计算方法。研究表明:所提出的轨道交通车站步行可达性评估方法具有较强的可操作性,并实现了基础数据获取与处理过程的半自动化,提高了评估工作的效率。基于地块的评估结果能够用于后期的相关空间统计分析等,延展了评估结果的应用场景。

It is important to optimize the walking accessibility of rail stations for improving the quality of urban environments and fully consider the driving role of rail transit in the development of urban land. In view of the shortcomings of existing research on basic data acquisition and evaluation methods, the technology of using an Internet platform to quickly obtain the current pedestrian network data is explored herein, and a block-based accessibility calculation method under the background of closed communities is studied. The research shows that the proposed method has strong operability and realizes semi- automation of basic data acquisition and processing, whereby the efficiency of the evaluation is improved. The evaluation results based on the land block can be used for the relevant spatial statistical analysis during the subsequent development stage, which extends the application scenario of the evaluation results.
