中国早期建设的城市轨道交通线路,限于当时认知和技术水平等历史条件,在技术规范、评价预测和技术措施等方面均存在一定不足,投入运营后部分地段存在振动噪声扰民问题。为了彻底解决上述问题,针对既有运营线路的环境敏感地段,开展道床减振升级改造工作既是必要的,也是迫切的任务。从三方面入手进行了相关研究,设计方面进行了隧道内道床减振措施选型与预制浮置板道床型式尺寸、预制浮置板道床基底和排水过渡段研究;施工方面进行了既有道床破除、道床切割深度、不断轨施工方案、临时线路恢复方案研究;专业接口方面进行了与信号、供电等设备的同步改造研究。最终形成一套适用于城市轨道交通运营线路隧道内道床减振升级改造的方法。

Due to historical technical limitations, there are deficiencies in the technical specifications, evaluation and prediction, and technical measures of urban rail transit lines constructed in the early stages of railway construction in China. After being put into operation, vibration and noise disturbed the residents in some areas. To solve the above problems, it is necessary to carry out vibration reduction and upgrade the track bed in environmentally sensitive areas of existing operating lines. In this study, the relevant research is carried out from three aspects. First, vibration reduction measures that affect the track bed in tunnels, the type and size of the prefabricated floating slab track bed, the base of the prefabricated floating slab track bed, and the drainage transition section are examined. Second, considering the construction aspect, the existing ballast bed breaking, ballast bed cutting depth, continuous rail construction scheme, and temporary line recovery scheme are studied. Finally, the professional interface is improved. This study examines the synchronous transformation with signal and power supply equipment. Finally, a set of vibration reduction and upgrading methods for track beds in urban rail transit operation line tunnels are developed.
