目前地铁工程中开始大量采用预埋槽道技术,传统低净空盾构隧道内一般每环管片均预埋全环单槽道, 但高净空盾构隧道内需根据接触网安装方案及受力计算确定预埋槽道方案。通过对高净空盾构隧道内 3 种接触网 槽道安装方案的比较分析,采用 ANSYS 软件建模,对盾构隧道预埋单槽道、双槽道悬挂接触网结构进行有限元 受力计算分析。研究表明,高净空盾构隧道采用单槽道悬挂接触网时存在安全隐患,为保证接触网供电的安全可 靠性,建议采用双槽道悬挂接触网的方案。在杭绍线工程中的应用实践,为后续地铁工程高净空盾构隧道内接触 网预埋槽道的设计方案提供一定的借鉴和参考。

At present, many embedded channel technologies have been adopted in subway projects. In traditional low headroom shield tunnels, each ring segment is pre-embedded with a full ring single channel; however, the embedded channel plan should be determined according to the overhead contact system (OCS) installation and the force calculation in the high headroom shield tunnel. For the comparison and analysis of three types of OCS channel installation schemes in high headroom shield tunnels, ANSYS software was used to conduct finite element force calculation and analysis on the pre-embedded single channel and double channel. Studies show that there are potential safety hazards when using single-channel in high-clearance shield tunnels. To ensure the safety and reliability of the OCS, the use of the double channel suspension in the high headroom shield tunnel is recommended. The application and practice in the Hangzhou-Shaoxing subway project provide a reference for the subsequent subway engineering design plan.
