对当前中国城市轨道交通设施设备维护的智能化发展情况进行研究,以车辆、供电、信号等设备系统为例概括智能维保的进展情况和发展趋势,分析数据处理与挖掘、故障诊断与预警准确性、传感器监测数据的可靠性、修程修制技术参数确定和标准化、与运营模式优化和运营绩效联动关系等问题,论述将智能维保结果反馈到系统设计和产品可靠度优化等前期环节的可能方案,对智能维保的标准化、数据共享、统一技术平台与专业化技术装备发展等方面提出建议。

In this study, the development of the intelligent maintenance of urban rail transit equipment is discussed, and the progress and developmental trends of intelligent maintenance, such as rolling stocks, power supply, and signal equipment systems, are summarized. Data analysis and mining, fault diagnosis and forecasting accuracy, the reliability of sensor monitoring data, the technology parameters and standardization of maintenance procedures, and the relationship with operational optimization and performance indicators, are analyzed. The optimization design problem of product reliability design and the systematic planning during the early stage based on the intelligent maintenance results are proposed. Suggestions are made on the standardization, data sharing, unified technical platform, and specialized technical equipment used in intelligent maintenance.
