城市轨道交通换乘站存在客流结构复杂、客流增长迅速、车站容纳能力有限、客流路径存在瓶颈等特征。 针对换乘站客流组织难度大、风险高的问题,提出换乘站客流控制组团概念,根据流量平衡原理及运能匹配计算 方法,采用换乘站换乘客流量化控制方法,即从换乘客流来源考虑,通过线网客流压力共担,实现换乘客流在站 点及时间上的精准控制,保证换乘站客流控制的精准化和科学化,从而提高换乘站的运输服务质量,降低车站运 营风险。在换乘站可预见性大客流的案例中,详细说明客流量化控制策略和计算过程,制定有效的预案和风险评 估机制,确保换乘站大客流安全有序。

The transfer station of urban rail transit is characterized by a complex passenger flow structure, rapid growth of passenger flow, limited station capacity, and bottlenecks on passenger flow paths . Considering the difficulty and high risk of passenger flow organization at transfer stations, this paper proposes passenger flow control group for transfer stations based on the principle of flow balance and the calculation method of transport capacity matching. Considering the source of transfer passenger flow and pressure sharing of the line network, the flow and time can be controlled to improve the transport service quality of the transfer station, and reduce the operational risk. In the case of a predictable large passenger flow at the transfer station, the study describes a detailed quantitative control strategy and calculation process, and formulates an effective plan and risk assessment mechanism to ensure safety and order.
