本文通过对地铁车站传统污水池+污水泵技术、常规密闭水箱污水提升技术、真空污水提升技术的技术应用情况,结合运营需求对基于凸轮泵污水提升技术等进行了系统研究分析,从以解决痛点(如卫生条件差、清掏费用高)问题为导向出发,以低维护和高可靠性(如高吸程、清底、双液位传感器控制和智能化)为目标,采用基于凸轮泵技术的地铁污水提升技术可以解决污水池清底难题,改善了运维条件,降低了运维的难题和强度,整体运行效果良好。同时,也给出今后进一步优化应用建议。

Based on the application of traditional sewage pool + sewage pump technology, conventional closed water tank sewage lifting technology and vacuum sewage lifting technology in subway station, this paper systematically studies and analyzes the sewage lifting technology based on cam pump in combination with the operation demand, starting from solving the problems of pain points (such as poor sanitary conditions and high cleaning cost), with low maintenance and high reliability(Such as high suction head, bottom cleaning, double level sensor control and intelligent) as the goal, the subway sewage lifting technology based on cam pump technology can solve the problem of bottom cleaning of sewage pool, improve the operation and maintenance conditions, reduce the difficulty and intensity of operation and maintenance, and the overall operation effect is good. At the same time, suggestions for further optimization and application are also given.
