石家庄 CBD 地下公共空间工程是集配套商业、汽车库、能源中心、智慧中心、市政管廊、人防工程、地 铁车站等多种功能为一体的地下综合体。为提高车站服务水平,地铁车站采用大跨无柱、顶板设置采光天窗的方 案;在介绍地下空间方案的基础上,重点分析大跨无柱车站的受力和构造措施。主要措施如下:利用围护桩兼作 抗浮桩;采用斜撑解决大跨无柱车站竖向受力,斜撑下部支撑在地下综合体结构梁板上,斜撑处“拱效应”通过 斜撑上部通长设置横梁解决;底部变厚度起拱,减少底板及底板与侧墙交接处的受力;增加附加钢筋和后浇带, 解决大体积混凝土温度应力问题。工程实施已完成,结构变形与受力控制效果良好,研究成果可为大跨无柱地铁 车站设计提供借鉴。

The Shijiazhuang CBD underground public space project is a complex that integrates commerce, garages, energy centers, smart centers, municipal pipe corridors, civil air defense projects, and metro stations. To improve the service level of the station, the metro station adopts a large-span column-free scheme and a skylight on the roof. Based on the introduction of the underground space scheme, this study focuses on the analysis of the capacity of the station to sustain a force and structural characteristics of the station. The design scope includes the following: use of the retaining piles as anti-floating piles; use of diagonal bracing to combat the vertical stress of large-span column-free stations. The lower part of the diagonal brace is supported on the beam slab of the underground complex, and the “arch effect” at the diagonal brace is solved by the long cross beam on the upper part of the diagonal brace; the bottom plate is arched by varying the thickness to reduce the stress on the bottom plate and on the connection between the bottom plate and the side wall; the temperature stress calculation adds additional steel bars and post-casting to solve the temperature stress problem of mass concrete. This project has been completed, and the structure deformation and force have been well-controlled. The research results can provide a reference for the design of large-span column-free metro stations.
