地铁运营线路钢轨波磨病害越来越常见,其中以单一波长范围 20~80 mm 的啸叫型短波波磨最为典型。 以天津地铁既有线某段波长约 25 mm、啸叫噪声主频约 735 Hz 的典型啸叫型波磨整治方案为例,全面介绍试验 研究及应用效果。在研究提出的单自由度钢轨谐振器整治方案的基础上,建立钢轨衰减率分析模型,对谐振器的 质量、刚度与阻尼等关键技术参数进行研究分析,并对谐振器安装前后的钢轨振动加速度及车内噪声进行实测对 比,测得的波磨主频 735 Hz 处的钢轨振动加速度级最大降低 19.0 dB,车内啸叫声级最大降低 11.9 dB。研究表明, 单自由度钢轨谐振器可改善轮轨动力关系及振动特性,从而有效治理啸叫型钢轨波磨,为地铁类似病害的处理提 供参考和借鉴。

Rail corrugation problems in subway operating lines are becoming increasingly common, among which short-wave corrugation with a single wavelength of 20–80 mm is the most typical. In this study we introduce the experimental research and application effect of a typical howling-type corrugation treatment plan with a wavelength of approximately 25 mm and a dominant frequency of howling noise of approximately 735 Hz on a certain section of the Tianjin Metro. Based on the proposed single degree of freedom rail resonator treatment plan, the rail attenuation rate analysis model was established. The mass, stiffness, and damping of the resonator and other key technical parameters were studied and analyzed. In addition, the rail vibration acceleration before and after the installation of the resonator and the interior noise were measured and compared. The measured rail vibration acceleration level at the main frequency of the corrugation at 735 Hz was reduced by 19.0 dB, and the interior noise level was reduced by 11.9 dB. This indicates that the single degree of freedom rail resonator improves the wheel-rail dynamic relationship and vibration characteristics, which can effectively control the howling rail corrugation and provide a reference for the treatment of similar problems in subways.
