工程建设标准体系是城市轨道交通工程建设中保障安全、质量,规范并提升工艺、技术的重要依据。首 先基于霍尔三维模型,通过维度分析,确立标准体系的层次与基本结构;其次通过工程建设价值链,分析工程建 设中的主要工作与辅助工作,将专用标准进行分类与整合;最后运用分类法,对设计、施工与验收等专业标准进 一步细分,建立较为完善的城市轨道交通工程建设标准体系结构与明细,由此形成适用于城市轨道交通工程建设 的标准体系。

Engineering and construction standards are an important basis for ensuring the safety and quality of urban rail transit (URT) project development, for they can provide specifications, requirements, codes, etc. to be used to guide and upgrade engineering and construction technologies. Firstly, we used Hall three-dimensional structure to construct the layers and basic structures of the standard system. Then, following engineering and construction value chains, we analyzed the major and auxiliary work of URT engineering and classified and reorganized the current URT standards. Finally, we adopted taxonomy to subdivide the standards into design, construction and acceptance standards, constructing a hierarchical framework with detailed descriptions to develop a complete URT engineering and construction standard system.
