针对都市圈跨制式轨道交通付费区融合票价体系,本文首先对国内京津冀、长三角及成渝等都市圈,国外伦敦、巴黎、东京等都市圈票制票价体系进行调研,在总结国内外经验的基础上,分析票价制定的目标与原则,首次提出“分区段计程票价”的方案,针对跨制式跨区域票价计算问题,推荐同制式“不分段,不重新起步”计价,跨制式“分段,重新起步”计价,在OD票价计算方面,综合比选并考虑轨道交通公益性因素推荐最低票价方案,并分析票价与里程不匹配的情况的处理方式,各项分析均辅以具体实例,方便理解。

Aiming at the integrated fare system of cross standard rail transit payment area in metropolitan area,Firstly, this paper investigates the ticket system of metropolitan areas such as Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu Chongqing in China, and metropolitan areas such as London, Paris and Tokyo in foreign countries,On the basis of summing up the experience at home and abroad,Analyze the objectives and principles of fare setting,It is the first time to put forward the scheme of "sectional taxi fare".In view of the problem of cross standard and cross regional fare calculation, it is recommended to adopt the same standard of "no segmentation, no restart" pricing and cross standard of "segmentation, restart" pricing.In terms of OD fare calculation, the lowest fare scheme is recommended by comprehensive comparison and considering the public welfare factors of rail transit.It also analyzes how to deal with the situation that the ticket price does not match the mileage, and each analysis is supplemented by specific examples to facilitate understanding.
