本文介绍了导轨式胶轮电车的曲线通过理论分析与试验验证情况。分析了导轨式胶轮电车的架构和主要技术参数,介绍了导向机构和铰接机构的工作原理,并对其进行了运动学理论分析,利用SIMPACK 和 MSC ADAMS多体系统动力学软件分析车辆在15米最小平曲线半径、S型曲线及最小缓和曲线半径(R=200m)爬坡(坡度13%)工况下结构运动自由度、走行部的运动关系和车体的运动关系;利用三编组样车进行曲线通过验证,测绘了车辆限界通过情况,确认车辆满足顶层指标的要求。最后将仿真分析与试验结果对比,确认仿真计算与试验情况相一致。

This paper describes the results of Test and Dynamical simulations of Guided Rubber-tyred tram for the carrying capacity based on Urban road. This paper introduces the structure and main technical parameters of the Guided Rubber-tyred tram, and introduces the working principle of the guide mechanism and the articulated. A finite element analysis, kinematics of bogie and carbody based on SIMPACK and MSC ADAMS was focused on the introduction of the DOF (dimension of freedom), and the interference of the mechanism was checked on minimum radius(R=15m) 、S type curve and transition curve radius (R=200m) climbing steep (i=13%), etc,. And Measure the relatively rotation displacement between car body and main structure. Verify the sample tram of the reasonableness by the test. The test results agrees well with numerical simulation; the operating relationship meets the vehicle"s operational requirements.
