随着北京地铁线路的日益增多,站内服务设施的逐渐丰富,站内环境复杂度增加。目前乘客在站内出行遇到如下问题,需要站内导航来提高乘客出行的满意度:站内换乘复杂:地铁站越来越复杂、换乘关系复杂,带来乘客在地铁内出行障碍;特定服务设施不好找:站内服务设施多,缺乏指引标志,乘客不易寻找特定设施;车站出口多信息少:地铁站出入口多,乘客无法第一时间找到目标出站口;站外建筑及交通:交通换乘的信息较少,乘客出站后不能迅速换乘。通过站内外一体化导航支撑可解决站内换乘、服务设施寻找、出口周边信息等问题,来提高乘客体验,提高运营服务。
