[摘要]
针对城市轨道交通工程建设阶段提交的建筑信息模型(BIM)应用于运维阶段普遍存在信息缺失、数据清洗工作量大、与既有管控系统对接困难等问题,提出系统性解决方案。通过对运维阶段的应用场景及业务需求调研,确立模型单元的几何精度、信息深度、数据结构、信息分类及编码等要求,给出具体的模型建设与数据采集方法;通过建立模型分类编码、设计编号和资产管理编码的映射关系,模型能够顺利与各工程阶段信息采集库、综合监控系统、资产管理系统实现数据融合,并通过运维平台实现设备运行状态的可视化监控与资产管理系统工单、台账等信息的调取;通过模型技术要求与编码要求的严格实施,搭建出符合城市轨道交通三维可视化智慧运维需求的全息模型。

Systematic solutions were proposed for the common problems of building information model (BIM), such as information missing, difficulty in data cleaning, and complex docking with existing systems in the operation and maintenance stage of urban rail transit projects.By investigating the application scenarios and business requirements in the operation and maintenance stage, the geometric accuracy, information depth and architecture, information classification and coding requirements of model units were established, and specific model construction and data collection methods were given;By establishing the mapping relationship between model classification code, design number and asset management code, the model can be integrated with database, comprehensive monitoring system and asset management system smoothly, the operation and maintenance platform can monitor the running status of the equipment and retrieve the work order and ledger information of the asset management system.Through the strict implementation of model technical requirements and coding requirements, the model that meets the operation and maintenance requirements of urban rail transit can be built.
