轨道交通车辆采购必须经过特定的审批程序,且车辆生产周期长,价格昂贵,必须本着节约成本和提高效率的原则合理制定购车时机和方案。本文充分考虑增购列车的必要性和迫切性、审批程序和采购周期、能力适应和经济效益,提出了增购列车目标年和工作时机的确定方法,明确了增购列车规模计算及方案设计研究的方法和注意事项,并提出方案必须经既有段、场停车及检修能力验算方可成立。最后,以郑州市轨道交通1号线为例验证了该论证方法的系统性和完整性。

The procurement of urban rail transit vehicles must go through specific approval procedures, and the vehicle production cycle is long and the price is expensive. The vehicle purchase opportunity and scheme must be reasonably formulated based on the principle of saving cost and improving efficiency. This paper fully considers the necessity and urgency, approval procedures and procurement cycle, capacity adaptation and economic benefits of additional procurement of vehicles, puts forward the determination method of target year and working time of additional procurement of vehicles, defines the methods and matters needing attention for the calculation of the scale of additional vehicles and the additional procurement scheme design, and puts forward that the scheme can be established only after the checking calculation of parking and maintenance capacity of existing sections and yards. Finally, Taking Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as an example, the systematicness and integrity of the demonstration method are verified.
