为提高地铁应对突发事件的预防和处置能力,探讨不确定条件下的地铁应急物资储备点优化配置问题。本文考虑应急物资储备点不确定和需求点救援带有时间窗限制的情形下,以应急物流总成本最小化和救援时间最短化为目标,建立基于相关机会规划理论的地铁应急储备点选址-路径模型,并应用遗传算法求解。通过算例验证了遗传算法在处理应急储备点不确定和需求点时间窗限制下的有效性和鲁棒性,减少了陷入局部最优的可能性,进而为地铁应急物资储备点选址决策提供模型和方法设计。

In order to improve the subway's ability to prevent and deal with emergencies, the optimal allocation of the subway's emergency supplies reserve under uncertain conditions is explored. This thesis considers the uncertainty of the emergency material reserve point as well as the condition that the demand-point rescue is with the limitation of the time window, aims at minimizing the total cost of emergency logistics and minimizing the rescue time, a site-path model of subway emergency reserve points is established based on the relevant opportunity planning theory,and applies the genetic algorithm to solve the model. The calculation example verifies the effectiveness and robustness in solving the uncertainty of emergency material reserve points and the time window restriction of demand points , reducing the possibility of falling into the local optimum, and then providing information for the location decision of subway emergency material reserve points.
