地铁车辆基地进行上盖物业开发后,能够有效提高车辆基地用地的土地利用率,创造较为可观的经济效益,但如果处理不当,却会大大降低盖下工作环境的品质。针对这一问题,本研究以优化地铁车辆基地盖下空间人性化设计为目的,运用扎根理论和IPA分析法对盖下空间人性化设计进行评价。首先,采用扎根理论分析得到盖下空间人性化设计的评价指标,将其划分为两个主范畴,据此构建盖下空间人性化设计评价指标体系;然后,采用IPA分析法对通过扎根理论分析所得的各项评价指标的重要性和满意度进行评价;最后,基于以上分析,提出地铁车辆基地盖下空间人性化设计优化策略,以期为盖下工人提供更为人性化的工作环境,为轨道交通长期安全运营提供保障。
