随着我国城轨交通线网规模的持续扩大和人民出行品质要求的逐步提升，城轨交通运营的质量和效益成 为新时代工作的重心。然而，传统“重建设轻运营”思维下的单线建设模式制约网络化运营效益的发挥；同时以 人工为主的既有管理模式，也难以满足未来大规模城轨网络高效运营的需求。因此，面对新时代城轨交通高质量 发展要求，亟需对城轨交通运营模式进行探索创新。在分析总结我国城轨交通新时代运营需求和发展趋势的基础 上，提出网络化运营新模式建设的主要内容，并给出 8 个方面的重点工作任务建议，以期为我国城市轨道交通运 营管理转型升级提供思路。

The quality and efficiency of operations has become the focus of Chinese urban rail transit development with the continuous expansion of urban rail transit lines and networks and the increasing needs of high-quality travel experience from passengers. The traditional development philosophy which emphasizes construction rather than operations of lines constrains the efficiency of networked operations. At the same time, the existing management mode, which is mainly manual, can hardly meet the demand of efficient operations of large urban rail networks in the future. Therefore, facing the requirements of high-quality development of urban rail transit in the new era, it is urgent to innovate and explore the modes of operations for urban rail transit. After summarizing and analyzing demand of operations and development trend of China’s urban rail transportation in the new era, this study puts forward the main contents of how to develop new networked operation modes in the new era and gives suggestions on eight key tasks in order to provide ideas for the transformation and upgrading of urban rail transportation operation management in China.
