随着各大城市的城市轨道交通运营线路数量的不断增加,城市轨道交通运营线路引发的振动噪声问题日益显著。本文以南京地铁某线敏感点的振动噪声投诉为研究对象,对地下线振动噪声的整治问题进行了研究。首先对投诉敏感点对应区段的轨行区状态及敏感点小区的住户进行调研;然后对敏感点的环境振动、室内振动及二次结构噪声进行测试分析;根据调研情况及超标情况,制定初步的整治措施;建立针对敏感点的车辆-轨道-隧道-土体-建筑物的空间耦合理论仿真分析模型,理论仿真分析论证采用整治措施的有效性;在此基础上开展振动噪声的整治工作,并对整治效果进行测试评估;通过大量的测试数据及入户回访,从定量和定性角度验证整治措施实施后的有效性。本研究对于今后城市轨道交通振动噪声问题的科学治理具有重要的借鉴意义。

With the increasing number of urban rail transit operation lines in major cities, the problem of vibration and noise caused by underground lines in urban rail transit operation are increasingly significant. In this paper, the vibration and noise complaint of sensitive points of Nanjing Metro Line is taken as the research object, and the vibration and noise treatment issues for underground line of urban rail transit are researched. Firstly, the status of rail transit area in the section corresponding to the complaint sensitive point and the residents in the sensitive point community are investigated. Then the environmental vibration, indoor vibration and secondary structure noise of sensitive points are tested and analyzed. According to the investigation and the exceeding standard, preliminary treatment measures are formulated. The spatial coupling theoretical simulation analysis model of vehicle-track-tunnel-soil-building for sensitive points is established and used to demonstrate the effectiveness of treatment measures. On this basis, the treatment work of vibration and noise is carried out, and the treatment effect is tested and evaluated. Through a large number of test data and home visit, the effectiveness of the treatment measures is verified quantitatively and qualitatively. This research has important reference significance for the scientific treatment of vibration and noise problems of urban rail transit in the future.
