以北京地铁3号线(一期)综合管廊为例,讨论随轨道交通建设综合管廊的优势与问题;按照集约适度的设计理念,通过合理调整舱室布局、优化管线安装检修空间和检修通道的方式进行优化标准断面设计;结合地铁及综合管廊建设条件,通过对综合管廊通风间距及逃生口的创新设计,减少通风井及地面逃生口数量;利用施工竖井整合通风口、吊装口、逃生口、出入口等地面构筑物,减少对城市景观影响;结合施工横通道设置风机房、变电所等设备管廊用房,充分利用既有结构空间。

Take the Metro Line 3 (phase 1 )utility tunnel project of Beijing as an example, discusses the advantages and problems of constructing utility tunnel with urban rail transit. According to the efficient and economical concept, the standard section design is optimized by reasonably section form and optimizing the installation and maintenance space. Combined with the construction conditions of urban rail transit and utility tunnel, innovative design of ventilation interval and escape manhole, rduce the number of vent and escape manhole on the ground. Make use of the shaft integrates the vent, hoisting hole, escape manhole and entrance,reduce the impact on urban landscape. Use the transverse passage structure space to construct ventilation room, substation.
