围绕“绿色低碳”理念，基于对城市轨道交通绿色建造调研，在政策标准体系、实施路线、建造技术三个方面，系统梳理了城市轨道交通绿色建造有益成果；基于对城市轨道交通碳排放现状调研，分析了围绕碳排放权的城市轨道交通发展方向，并在能源转型、建材生产和节能增效三个视角，详细剖析了双碳目标下城市轨道交通发展新要求。基于上述两方面研究，在政策制度建构，城轨绿色建造实施路线，城轨低碳技术三个方面构思双碳目标下城市轨道交通绿色建造实施路径，为双碳目标下城市轨道交通高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the research on green construction of urban rail transit, this paper systematically combs the beneficial achievements of green construction of urban rail transit in terms of policy standard system，implementation route and green construction technology. Based on the investigation on the current situation of carbon emission of urban rail transit, the development direction of urban rail transit around carbon emission right is analyzed,the new requirements for the development of urban rail transit under the dual carbon goal are analyzed in detail from the perspectives of energy transformation, building materials production and energy efficiency. Based on the above two perspectives, the implementation path of green construction under the dual carbon goal is conceived in three aspects: policy and system construction, implementation route of green construction and low-carbon technology, which provides reference for the high-quality development of Urban Rail Transit under the dual carbon goal.
