目前,国内外的盾构隧道的通用做法均采用管片分块加螺栓连接的方式,这种方式盾构隧道的环向、纵向整体刚度对地层依赖性强,整体性、椭圆度等受地层的扰动影响大,尤其在软土地区扰动影响更甚,与此同时管片的配筋量相对较大。本文提出了强刚度低配筋预应力盾构隧道技术,理论上能有效解决目前盾构隧道刚度低、抗变形能力不足的自身缺陷,从根本上提高了盾构隧道的整体性及抗变形能力、稳定性、承载能力、防水能力。根据相同工况计算分析,不同的地层条件可以在现有盾构管片配筋的基础上提供不低于45%的优化空间,同时保证了结构安全,受力合理。

At present, the general practice of shield tunnel at home and abroad adopts the method of segment segmentation and bolt connection. In this way, the circumferential and longitudinal overall stiffness of shield tunnel is highly dependent on the stratum, and the integrity and ovality are greatly affected by the disturbance of the stratum, especially in soft soil areas. At the same time, the reinforcement of segments is relatively large. This paper puts forward a technology of prestressed shield tunnel with strong stiffness and low reinforcement, which can effectively solve the self defects of low stiffness and insufficient deformation resistance of shield tunnel in theory, and fundamentally improve the integrity, deformation resistance, stability, bearing capacity and water resistance of shield tunnel. According to the calculation and analysis of the same working condition, different stratum conditions can provide no less than 45% optimization space on the basis of the reinforcement of the existing shield segment, and ensure the structural safety and reasonable stress.
