根据数字人民币软件钱包与硬件钱包的应用规范并结合城轨交通的行业特性，本文系统分析了软件钱包直接支付、免密支付、收银台支付以及硬件钱包价值支付、准账户支付在城轨交通领域应用的应用场景、应用方案与应用特点，并结合实际应用经验对各种应用模式进行了利弊分析，总结了软件钱包与硬件钱包最优应用场景与方案，提出了数字人民币应用的系统架构及“数字人民币+公共交通卡”双应用的建议；同时展望了数字人民币在城轨交通领域的应用模式及推广趋势，为城轨交通领域推广数字人民币应用，助力乘车支付多元化发展，为促进乘客服务智慧化发展提供借鉴。
