为解决在市域铁路大跨度桥梁铺设无砟轨道的难题,以温州市域铁路S3线永宁大桥(140+200+260+140)m为例,结合车线桥耦合动力分析模型,提出了市域铁路大跨度桥梁铺设无砟轨道竖向变形控制标准,并针对满足相应限制要求下桥上无砟轨道开展多种工况下行车动力响应分析。具体结论为:(1)桥梁竖向变形要求、桥梁竖向变形曲率半径、桥梁横向变形要求,梁端变形要求,轨面平顺性等指标均满足铺设无砟轨道技术要求;(2)列车通过永宁大桥时具行车安全性和乘坐舒适性指标均满足要求;10m弦高低不平顺满足规范限值。(3)本研究成果可为市域铁路大跨度桥梁铺设无砟轨道提供参考。

In order to solve the problem of laying ballastless track on long-span bridges of Suburban Railway, taking Yongning bridge (140+200+260+140) m of Wenzhou Suburban Railway S3 line as an example, combined with the vehicle line bridge coupling dynamic response analysis model.The vertical deformation control standard of ballastless track laid on long-span bridges of urban railway is put forward, and the dynamic response analysis under various working conditions is carried out for the ballastless track on the bridge that meets the corresponding limit requirements.. The specific conclusions are as follows: (1) The vertical deformation requirements of the bridge, the curvature radius of the vertical deformation of the bridge, the transverse deformation requirements of the bridge, the deformation requirements of the beam end and the smoothness of the rail surface all meet the technical requirements for laying ballastless track; (2) When the train passes through Yongning bridge, the indexes of driving safety and riding comfort meet the requirements; 10m chord height irregularity meets the specification limit. (3) The research results can provide reference for the laying of ballastless track for long-span bridges of Suburban railway.
