针对轨道交通车辆基地上盖开发平台在未开发前具有雨水汇水面积大、径流系数大、市政冲击负荷大的问题及特点,文章结合西安市某车辆段上设盖板平台的雨水调蓄具体设计案例,从合理性、合规性、安全性及经济性角度出发,提出采用车辆段盖板作为雨水调蓄池的设计理念,通过增加外挂檐沟侧壁高度、减小沟底雨水管管径等措施,达到降雨时盖板边蓄边排的目的。研究分析表明方案安全可靠,同时具有节约用地、节约投资、减少车辆段周边内涝的实际效果。

In view of the problems and characteristics of large rainwater catchment area, large runoff coefficient and large municipal impact load before development of the development platform on the upper cover of the vehicle base of Rail Transit, based on a concrete design case of rain water regulation and storage with a cover plate platform on a vehicle depot in Xi"an, this paper puts forward the design idea of using the cover plate of the vehicle depot as a rain water regulation and storage tank from the angles of rationality, compliance, safety and economy, by increasing the height of the sidewall of the gutters and reducing the diameter of the storm water pipe at the bottom of the gutters, the purpose of storing and draining the gutters at the edge of the gutters during rainfall is achieved. The analysis shows that the scheme is safe and reliable, and has the practical effect of saving land, saving investment and reducing waterlogging around the depot.
