随着经济、产业和人口向城市群和都市圈不断聚集,市域(郊)铁路呈快速发展趋势。以北京轨道交通平谷线快慢线规划设计为例,结合线路长度和沿线设站条件,推荐不同的线路区段设置不同的速度目标值。统筹考虑客流特征、乘客乘车便捷、运营管理便利等因素,远期推荐采用3交路方案。依据高峰小时各站乘降量、车站功能定位、主要换乘站、规划时间目标等因素确定快线停靠站点。平谷线客流具有较大的潮汐现象,建议其早高峰上下行组织不对称发车。结合规划时间目标和配线方案,远期计划早高峰开行4对快车。

With the continuous accumulation of economy, industry and population in urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas, suburban railways are developing rapidly. Taking the planning and design of express/slow line of Beijing Rail Transit PINGGU Line as an example, it is recommended to set different speed target values for different line sections in combination with the length of the line and the conditions of stations along the line. Taking into full account factors such as passenger flow characteristics, passenger convenience, and convenient operations management, it is recommended to adopt the 3-routing scheme in the long-term. The express line stops are determined based on factors such as the boarding and alighting scale of each station during peak hours, the functional orientation of the stations, the main transfer stations, and the planning time target. The passenger flow of the PINGGU line has an obvious tidal phenomenon, so it is suggested that the asymmetrical departures be organized up and down direction during the morning peak. Combined with the planning time target and auxiliary line scheme, it is planned to operate 4 pairs of express trains in the morning peak in the long-term.
