随着国内城市群轨道交通互联互通发展进入关键期,跨区域、多制式、多运营主体背景下轨道交通AFC票务清分互联互通问题得到广泛关注。本文专题分析研究粤港澳大湾区轨道交通线网运营现状、建设规划和轨道交通互联互通优先发展战略要求,剖析湾区轨道交通互联互通给AFC票务清分管理带来的问题和面临挑战。在综合分析对比城市群轨道交通AFC票务清分互联互通模式,借鉴广佛城市轨道交通AFC票务清分互联互通部分成功经验的基础上,总结湾区轨道交通AFC票务清分互联互通最优实现模式和轨道交通湾区清分中心建设定位,提出湾区轨道交通AFC票务互联互通,一票通达管理解决思路和实现步骤,并指出湾区多网融合AFC票务清分互联互通下一步技术实现方向。

As the development of rail transit interconnection in domestic urban agglomerations has entered a critical period, the issue of rail transit AFC fare clearing system and interconnection under the background of cross-regional, multi-standard, and multi-operating entities has received extensive attention. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of rail transit network operation, construction planning and priority development strategic requirements of rail transit interconnection in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and analyzes the problems and challenges brought by the interconnection of rail transit in the Bay Area to the AFC fare clearing system management. Based on a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the AFC fare clearing interconnection modes of urban agglomerations, and on the basis of the successful experience of Guangfo urban rail transit AFC fare clearing system interconnection, the optimal realization mode of AFC fare clearing system interconnection of rail transit in the Bay Area is summarized. With the positioning of the rail transit bay area clearing and sorting center, it proposes the bay area rail transit AFC fare clearing system interconnection, one-ticket access management solution ideas and implementation steps, and points out the next technological realization direction of the Bay Area multi-network integration AFC fare clearing interconnection .
