市郊铁路作为一种大容量轨道交通系统，在支撑现代化都市圈发展、提高地区综合交通承载能力、保障远距离通勤效率上发挥着重要的作用。一直以来，如何加强市郊铁路与城市融合发展一直是北京轨道交通工作的重点。本次研究系统分析北京现状市郊铁路运行特征，从挖掘影响客流效益重要因素的角度出发，分析得出线路起终点设置区位、站点与城市交通网络的衔接关系、以发车频次为代表的轨道服务水平等主要因素。并从城市功能布局、运营服务模式、网络衔接关系等方面借鉴国外典型城市市郊铁路发展经验。在基于对未来北京人口就业、城市功能、空间结构等发展宏观问题的战略分析上，为进一步加强北京市郊铁路与城市融合发展，从市郊铁路发展路径、城市功能布局、网络融合形式等方面，有针对性的对北京市郊铁路规划提出重要建议。

As a large capacity rail transit system, suburban railway plays an important role in supporting the development of modern metropolitan area, improving the regional comprehensive transportation carrying capacity and ensuring the efficiency of long-distance commuting. For a long time, how to strengthen the integrated development of suburban railway and city has been the focus of Beijing rail transit. This study systematically analyzes the operation characteristics of Beijing current suburban railway, from the perspective of mining important factors that affect the passenger flow benefits, it is concluded that the main factors such as the location of the line's starting and ending points, the connection between the station and the urban traffic network, and the rail service level represented by the departure frequency. Based on the strategic analysis of the future development of Beijing population employment, urban functions, spatial structure and other macro issues, in order to further strengthen the integrated development of Beijing suburban railway and the city, put forward important suggestions on the planning of Beijing suburban railway.
