国内在长春地铁2号线首次开展预制装配式地铁车站结构全过程监控量测。本文基于现场施工和运营全过程监测数据,对位于拱脚的注浆式单榫接头进行了内力和变形分析,掌握了注浆式单榫接头在不同阶段的性能表现,并与数值计算值进行对比分析。结果表明:拼装成环之后接头的凹凸榫彼此咬合,榫头表现出弯曲作用,覆土回填之后接头以抵抗矩作用为主;覆土回填以及水位恢复对接头变形和受力起到正向作用;施工扰动结束直至运行至今测试结果较为稳定,注浆式单榫接头整体内力和变形较小,安全余量富裕。

The whole-process monitoring and measurement of prefabricated mero station structure is carried out for the first time in Changchun Metro Line 2. Based on the whole process monitoring data of on-site construction and operation, this paper analyzes the internal force and deformation of the grouted single-tenon joint at the arch foot. The performance of grouted single-tenon joint in different stages has been grasped, and the numerical results have also been compared. The results show that: after the components are assembled into a ring, the mortise and tenon of the joint embedded into each other, and the tenon shows bending effect. After the backfill, the joint mainly resists moment effect. The overlying soil backfill and water-level recovery play a positive role in the deformation and stress of the joint. The monitoring results are relatively stable from the end of construction disturbance to operation. The overall internal force and deformation of the grouted single-tenon joint is small, and the safety margin is rich.
