目前国内对软土富水地区带内支撑基坑地下车站如何实现装配化的理论和关键技术研究较少,本文对装配叠合整体式地下车站建筑一体化、构件和节点受力、抗震性能、防水等问题进行研究,并在无锡至江阴城际轨道交通工程南门站实施应用。结果表明:建筑一体化研究可实现结构系统、设备与管线系统、内装系统的多系统整合,促进装配式地下车站的质量提升;车站板、墙、梁及柱等构件采用叠合结构形式能满足施工和使用阶段受力要求;装配叠合整体式地下车站叠合结构型式能满足中震、大震抗震性能要求;混凝土结构自防水、外包防水及节点细部防水研究能满足地下车站防水设计和使用要求。给出了装配叠合整体式地下车站的设计理论和关键技术,可为装配叠合式技术在地下车站装配式结构建设应用提供参考。

At present, there is little research on the theory and key technology of how to realize the assembly of underground station with inner supporting foundation pit in the soft soil and water rich area in China.This paper studies the problems such as the architectural integration of the assembled and laminated integrated underground station, the stress of components and nodes, the seismic performance, waterproofing and applies them in the South Gate Station of the Wuxi Jiangyin Intercity Rail Transit Project.The results show that the research of architectural integration can realize the integration of structural system, equipment and pipeline system, interior decoration system and promotes the quality improvement of prefabricated underground stations.The composite structure of station slab, wall, beam, column and other components can meet the stress requirements of construction and use stages. The composite structure type of assembled and laminated integrated underground station can meet the seismic performance requirements of moderate and large earthquakes.The research on self waterproofing, external waterproofing and joint detail waterproofing of concrete structures can meet the requirements of waterproofing design and use in underground stations.The design theory and key technology of the assembled and overlapped integrated subway station are presented, which can provide reference for the application of the assembled and overlapped technology in the construction of the assembled structure of the underground station.
