针对地铁短枕式整体道床曲线段出现的钢轨伤损、轨底坡超差、钢轨异常波磨、车内噪声超标问题,从调整轨道几何形位、恢复轮轨正常接触状态角度出发,开展轨底坡调整设计研究,制定线路线型优化精调改造方案。首先开展了曲线段短枕式整体道床轨底坡超差测试,结果表明超差率超过95%。通过建立车辆-轨道动力学模型,分析了轨底坡对轮轨接触关系及钢轨磨耗的影响,并开展轨底坡调整及高密度聚乙烯轨下调坡垫板设计研究,并增加限位点防止垫板窜出;通过“调参数、保稳定”方法增大曲线范围扣件横向刚度,并调正轨底坡,轮轨接触及轨道横向刚度显著改善。轨底坡调整前后,钢轨、道床、隧道壁振动加速度均有所降低,光带趋中改善。

Aiming at the problems of rail damage, out-of-tolerance rail cant, abnormal rail corrugation, and out-of-standard noise in the subway short sleeper monolithic bed curve section, from the perspective of adjusting the track geometry and restoring the normal contact state of the wheel and rail, the track research on the cant adjustment design, and formulate the optimization and fine adjustment transformation plan of the line alignment. First, the out-of-tolerance test of the rail cant of the short sleeper monolithic bed in the curvilinear section was carried out, and the results showed that the out-of-tolerance rate exceeded 95%. By establishing a vehicle-track dynamic model, the influence of the rail cant on the wheel-rail contact relationship and rail corrugation was analyzed, and the adjustment of the rail cant and the design of the high-density polyethylene rail downhill pad were carried out, and the limit points were added to prevent the backing plate jumps out; the lateral stiffness of the fastener in the curve range was increased by the method of "adjusting parameters and ensuring stability", and the rail cant was adjusted, and the wheel-rail contact and the lateral stiffness of the rail were significantly improved. Before and after the adjustment of rail cant, the vibration acceleration of the rail, the ballast bed and the tunnel wall has been reduced, and the light band has been improved.
