如何评估新建隧道施工对既有线的影响,采取何种措施保证既有线结构安全,是近接施工面临的主要问题。青岛地铁6号线峨富区间盾构隧道上跨既有1号线峨石区间隧道工程,具有超浅埋、上软下硬地层、近距离上跨既有线等工程特点。通过有限元计算,分析峨富区间盾构施工对峨石区间隧道结构变形影响,研究盾构施工风险管控对策。研究表明,峨富区间盾构施工过程中峨石区间隧道结构变形较小,采取地层预加固、试验段先行、自动化监测综合控制对策,盾构上跨顺利通过,过程中峨石区间隧道结构各项位移值均正常,最大位移值约为1mm,为计算值的1.5倍。研究成果可为今后类似工程提供参考。

How to evaluate the impact of new tunnel on the existing line and what measures are taken to ensure the safety of existing line structure, are the main problems facing the near construction. Qingdao Metro Line 6 Efu section shield tunnel crosses the existing Line 1 Eshi section tunnel project, which has the characteristics of ultra-shallow buried, soft up and hard down formation, crossing the existing line closely. Through the finite element calculation, analyzed the influence of shield construction on the structural deformation of Eshi section tunnel , and studied the risk control countermeasures of shield construction. The result shows that the structure deformation of the Eshi section caused by the shield construction of Efu section is small. Through comprehensive control countermeasures including stratum pre-reinforcement, test section first, automatic monitoring, the shield crosses smoothly. During the process, all the displacement values of the Eshi section tunnel structure are normal, and the maximum displacement value is about 1mm, 1.5 times of the calculated value. The research result can provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
