摘 要: 依托深圳某地铁车站工程,建立了装配式车站建造成本的测算分析模型,分析了矩形断面全现浇方案、矩形断面部分预制方案(装配率约43%)、矩形断面全预制方案(装配率约64%)和拱形断面全预制方案(装配率约60%)的车站建造成本,对比了不同车站建设方案的成本差异,提出了装配式车站的成本控制措施。与矩形断面全现浇方案相比,不同装配式车站方案测算造价增幅约在11%~18%范围,车站整体造价增幅不大,且尚有优化的空间。研究成果可促进装配式地铁车站的建设成本控制,为相关工程的建设提供参考依据。

Abstract: With the popularization and application of prefabricated subway station, its construction cost has become one of the key issues. Based on a domestic subway station project, an analysis model of the construction cost of the prefabricated station is established. The construction cost of the full cast-in-place rectangular section scheme, the partial prefabrication scheme with the rectangular section (prefabrication rate: 43%), the full prefabrication scheme with the rectangular section (prefabrication rate: 64%) and the full prefabrication scheme with the arch section (prefabrication rate: 60%) are analyzed. The cost difference of different construction schemes is compared. Besides, the cost control measures of the prefabricated station are proposed. Compared with the full cast-in-place scheme of rectangular section scheme, the estimated cost increase of different prefabricated station schemes is about 11% ~ 18%. The overall cost increase of the station is not large, and there is still room for optimization. The research results can promote the construction cost control of prefabricated metro stations and provide reference for the construction of related projects.
