城市轨道交通工程建设施工安全管理要求高,越来越多的先进技术手段被用于施工现场安全管理。其中,BIM建模和人员定位系统在明挖基坑工程中应用广泛。然而,将基于UWB定位技术的人员二维空间定位数据叠加到三维模型中时,由于维度不同,数据无法实现三维匹配。为解决数据匹配问题,依托北京地铁12号线北岗子站基坑工程,通过将基坑土方模型进行分层建模,并创建人员模型X方向自变量与Z方向因变量的关系式,土方模型随施工进度逐层挖除,人员模型Z坐标与土方模型面层动态吻合,实现人员定位与BIM模型的三维共建,从而实现定位数据在BIM模型上的融合展示。通过实际工程对三维共建技术进行应用与验证,为其他类似工程三维共建提供实例参考。

The requirement of safety management of urban rail transit engineering construction is high, more and more advanced techniques are used for the safety management of the construction site. Among them, BIM modeling and personnel positioning systems are widely used in open-cut foundation pit engineering. However, when the two-dimensional spatial positioning data of personnel based on UWB positioning technology are superimposed into the three-dimensional model, due to the different dimensions, the data can not be matched in three dimensions. In order to solve the problem of data matching, relying on the foundation pit project of Beigangzi Station of Beijing Metro line 12, Through layered modeling of Earthwork Model of foundation pit, and the relationship between X-direction independent variable and Z-direction dependent variable of personnel model is created, the earthwork model is excavated layer by layer with the construction progress, and the Z coordinate of the personnel model is dynamically consistent with the surface layer of the earthwork model, and the three-dimensional co-construction of personnel location and BIM model is realized, So as to realize the fusion display of positioning data on the BIM model. the three-dimensional co-construction technology is applied and verified through the actual project, providing example reference for other similar three-dimensional co-construction projects.
