传统的盾构隧道管片结构由管片分块和螺栓连接而成,接头的存在会造成管片结构整体刚度偏低,抗变形能力减弱,长时间运营还会造成螺栓生锈及漏水等问题,严重影响隧道结构的耐久性和安全性。本文提出了一种装配整体式盾构隧道管片结构,该新型管片结构由T型管片和叠合区混凝土组成。T型管片在盾构施工时进行拼装,拼装方式与传统管片一致,叠合区混凝土可在隧道洞通后进行一次性施工。基于ABAQUS软件采用荷载结构法对比分析了新型管片结构和传统管片结构的力学性能,结果表明施工阶段新型管片结构可满足隧道结构设计要求。隧道运营阶段,T型管片与叠合区混凝土共同承受隧道荷载,叠合区混凝土刚度高,对T型管片具有较好的保护作用。装配整体式盾构隧道管片结构可有效的提高隧道结构的整体性、刚度、抗变形能力等,力学性能较优于传统管片,并且对管片接头和螺栓也具有保护作用,为城市轨道交通建设提供新的技术方案。

The traditional segments of shield tunnel consist of segment pieces and bolts, the large number of segment joints can reduce the overall stiffness and deformation resistance of the segment structure. Moreover, the long-term operation also caused problems such as rusting of bolts and water leakage, which seriously affected the safety of the tunnel structure. An assembled integral segment was presented in this paper, the new segment structure included T-shaped segment pieces and post-cast concrete. The T-shaped segments were erected during shield TBM tunnelling, and the erection method was the same as the traditional segments. The post-cast concretes were constructed after the tunnel breakthrough. Based on ABAQUS software, the mechanical properties of the new segment structure and the traditional segment structure were compared using the load-structure method. The results showed that the new segment structure can meet the tunnel structure design requirements during the construction stage. During the tunnel operation stage, the T-shaped segments and post-cast concrete worked together to bear the tunnel load. The post-cast concrete provided effective protection to the T-shaped segments due to its higher stiffness. The assembled integral segments structure can effectively enhance the integrity, stiffness and deformation resistance of the tunnel structure, and the mechanical properties are better than the traditional segments. In addition, the new segment structure also has a protective effect on the segment joints and bolts, offering a new technical proposal for urban rail transit construction.
