实现城市轨道交通与建成环境的协同发展对缓解城市交通拥堵、优化城市空间结构具有重要意义。以西安市轨道交通站点为研究对象,建立节点-场所模型评估2018、2019年城市轨道交通站点与周边建成环境的协同发展状态,分析各站点协同水平时空演变特征。研究结果表明,西安市轨道交通站点与建成环境的协同水平在空间上呈“由中心古城区向周围地区逐渐降低”的带状分布格局,在时间上呈两级分化趋势;多数站点地区交通与建成环境呈协同发展的状态,根据各站点协同水平变化趋势,可将站点归纳为3种类型:动态平衡站点、节点波动动态平衡站点、“动态平衡-节点失衡”站点;站点可达性水平的提升会使其节点价值与场所价值均有所增加,且节点价值增幅比场所价值增幅大。研究结果可为优化西安城市轨道交通站点规划、促进城市轨道交通与周边建成环境的协同发展提供决策参考。

It is significant to realize the coordinated development of urban rail transit and built environment since it can help to alleviate traffic congestion and optimize urban land use structure. Taking urban rail transit stations in the main area of Xi’an as a case, this paper evaluated the coordinated development status of urban rail transit stations and the surrounding built environment between 2018 and 2019 by establishing the node-place model. This paper visualized and analyzed the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of the coordinated level of the stations. The results show that the coordinated level between urban rail transit stations and the surrounding built environment is gradually decreasing from the central ancient city area to the surrounding regions in space, and presents a two-level differentiation trend in time. In most station areas, the traffic and the built environment are in a state of coordinated development. According to the change of their synergistic relationship, the stations are classified into three types: dynamically balanced stations, “low node-high node” dynamically balanced stations and “dynamically balanced-node imbalanced” stations. The improvement of station accessibility will significantly increase the node value and the place value, and the growth in node value is greater than that of the place value. The results of this paper can provide decision-making references for optimizing the station planning in Xi’an and promoting the coordinated development of urban rail transit and built environment.
