市域快轨是都市圈中长距离出行的重要支撑,其站区空间发展状态关乎轨道服务效率和都市圈空间效能提升。对成灌快轨2010年开通至2021年的客流活动和站区土地利用时空变化特征分析,发现:近郊枢纽站点客流增长和用地更新变化最快,新城站客流虽大但空间开发相对较慢;一般站区中,距离都市中心10-25km内的近郊站区用地增长相对较快,但物流和产业用地占比大的站区空间变化较不明显;站区空间演化有圈层内向递进、环状中部引领、扇面单侧填充、组团多向拓展几种模式;影响站区空间发展的因素主要有站点区位、接驳换乘条件、站区类型和周边资源状况等。最后结合不同类型站区客流需求特点和发展规律,提出枢纽站区、新城站区和一般站区的针对性规划建议。

Suburban railway is an important support for long-distance travel in the metropolitan area, and the spatial development status of station area is related to the efficiency of rail operation and the improvement of spatial efficiency of the metropolitan area. Based on the analysis of the passenger flow activities and the spatial-temporal changes of land use in the Chengzhou-irrigated high-speed rail from 2010 to 2021, it is found that: Suburban hub stations have the fastest passenger flow growth and land renewal change, while endpoint stations have large passenger flow but slower spatial development. In general stations, the suburban stations within 10-25km from the urban center have a relatively fast growth in land use, but the stations with a large proportion of logistics and industrial land have a less obvious spatial change. The spatial evolution direction of the station area has inward-oriented, Isolated development, Single-sided padding, and multi-directional group development models. The factors affecting the spatial development of station area mainly include station location, connection and transfer conditions, type of station area and surrounding resources, etc. Finally, according to the characteristics of passenger flow demand and development rules of different types of stations, the paper puts forward specific planning suggestions for hub station, endpoint station and general station.
