针对地铁车站业务系统众多,传统车站系统的建设采用分立模式,造成车站设备众多且资源使用率低、耗能大、占地多等问题,本文采用模块化设计理念和结合了欧式连接器以及PCI Express信号指令和协议的CPCIe架构设计了计算、存储、交换、扩展等小型化功能板卡,各种板卡按需混合插在一个机笼中,形成智能控制一体机,替代车站传统的服务器、交换机、存储、通信前置机、可编程控制器等设备,并在其上构筑边缘云,为车站所有业务系统提供资源平台。基于智能控制一体机的边缘云在昆明地铁4号线、绍兴地铁1号线等地铁线路中得到良好应用,提升了车站资源使用效率,减少了设备数量和用房面积、降低了耗能,实现了车站数据实时采集和共享,赋能智慧车站、智慧服务系统,助力地铁高质量发展。

In view of the many business systems in subway stations, the traditional station systems are built in discrete mode, resulting in many station devices with low resource utilization, high energy consumption and large land area, etc. This paper adopts the modular design concept and CPCIe architecture combining European connectors and PCI Express signal commands and protocols to design miniaturized functional boards for computing, storage, switching and expansion, etc. Various boards are The various boards are mixed and inserted in a cage on demand to form an intelligent control all-in-one machine, which replaces the traditional servers, switches, storage, FEP, PLC and other equipment in the station, and on which an edge cloud is constructed to provide a resource platform for all business systems in the station. The edge cloud based on the intelligent control all-in-one machine is well applied in metro lines such as Kunming Metro Line 4 and Shaoxing Metro Line 1, which improves the efficiency of station resources use, reduces the number of equipment and room area, lowers energy consumption, realizes real-time data collection and sharing in stations, empowers smart stations and smart service systems, and helps metro high-quality development.
