针对地铁车站设备用房通风空调系统普遍存在的问题,在系统性分析现状与挑战的基础上,结合数据中心空调领域新技术——多联式氟泵机房空调的发展趋势,提出了该技术在地铁车站设备用房的应用方案,并以我国北方某城市的标准地下车站为例,与传统方案进行了综合技术经济对比分析。分析结果表明,多联式氟泵机房空调方案在提升房间控温效果、节约运行能耗、保障空气品质、匹配负荷特性、方便施工运维、降低控制难度等方面具有技术优势;多联式氟泵机房空调方案的初投资虽高于传统方案约70万元,但运行费用低于传统方案约22.7万元/年,静态投资回收期约为3.1年,具有良好的经济性。

Aiming at the common problems of ventilation and air-conditioning system in equipment rooms of subway stations, on the basis of systematic analysis of the current situation and challenges, combining with the development trend of air conditioning in the field of data center–refrigerant pump assisted multi-connected air conditioner, the application scheme of this technology in equipment rooms of subway stations is put forward. Furthermore, standard underground station in a city in north China is taken as an example. A comprehensive technical and economic comparison is made with the traditional scheme. The analysis results show that the scheme has technical advantages in improving room temperature control effect, saving operation energy, ensuring air quality, matching load characteristics, facilitating construction, operation and maintenance, reducing control difficulty and so on. Although the initial investment of the scheme is about 700,000 RMB higher than that of the traditional scheme, the operation cost is about 227,000 RMB lower than that of the traditional scheme. The payback period of the static investment is about 3.1 years, which has a good economy.
