针对超大规模线网下轨道交通电客车大架修运维成本管控难度和车辆基地检修资源压力日益增大等问题,本文以北京轨道交通为例,结合智慧城轨中提出的智能运维手段、行业内检修资源共享和维保服务打包招标的发展趋势,从修程修制、资源共享和委托方式三个维度展开论证,经过问题梳理、广泛调研,结合行业政策导向、技术发展趋势及车辆检修需求分析论证,针对城轨电客车运维提出了基于智能运维和状态监测和RAMS模型进行全寿命修程修制规划,基于检修资源共享建设企业级和路网级部件集中维修中心,基于购买整车维保服务探索与整车厂检修能力的整合的优化建议,为北京轨道交通电客车运维中的降本增效工作提供了思路。

Focusing on the challenges of maintenance cost control and limited vehicle maintenance resources of large-scale urban rail transit network, vehicle maintenance interval, resource sharing and commercial mode were discussed in the context of the intelligent maintenance, maintenance resource sharing, and the packaging of vehicles bidding and maintenance services in hte case study of Beijing rail transit..After research and analysis, three strategies were put forward, which are the whole life-cycle repair strategy based on the intelligent operation and maintenance, the centralized maintenance of components based on resource sharing, and the packaging of vehicles bidding and maintenance services.
