为了研究不同等级复合减振预制道床的减振效果,以青岛新建地铁4号线张彭区间隧道段为研究对象,测试了70 km/h 的速度下高、中等级复合减振垫预制道床轨道和普通道床轨道的振动及位移响应,通过引入铅锤Z振级分频振级均方根值及Z振级传递损失进行综合评价,分别在时域和频域内对两种减振等级的复合减振垫预制道床轨道和普通道床轨道的振动特性进行对比分析,结果表明: (1)3种不同减振类型道床轨道的隧道壁分频振级均在50~80Hz处达到最大,高等、中等减振道床与普通道床相比较,其减振效果(分频振级均方根差值平均值)分别为13.9dB和8.5dB;道床与隧道壁之间的Z振级传递损失值分别为45.8 dB和35.1dB;(2)高等、中等减振道床以及普通道床在实际运营过车时,道床垂向位移分别为2.298mm、0.265mm和0.058mm,道床横向位移分别为0.046mm、0.025mm和0.019mm。多等级减振通用预制道床对20Hz以上振动减振效果明显,同时可根据不同需求能够自由选择和更换减振等级,对减振通用预制道床的发展具有一定的指导意义。

In order to study the vibration reduction effect of different levels of composite vibration reduction prefabricated track beds, the vibration and displacement response of high and medium level composite vibration reduction pad prefabricated track beds and ordinary track beds were tested at a speed of 70 km/h in the Zhang-Peng section of Qingdao New Metro Line 4. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted by introducing the root mean square value of the frequency division vibration level of the lead hammer Z vibration level and the transmission loss of the Z vibration level, The vibration characteristics of prefabricated track bed tracks and ordinary track bed tracks with two different damping levels of composite damping pads were compared and analyzed in the time and frequency domains. The results showed that: (1) the tunnel wall frequency division vibration levels of the three different damping types of track bed tracks reached their maximum at 50-80Hz. Compared with ordinary track beds, the damping effects of high and medium damping track beds (average root mean square difference of frequency division vibration levels) were 13.9dB and 8.5dB, respectively; The Z-level transmission loss values between the track bed and the tunnel wall are 45.8 dB and 35.1 dB, respectively; (2) During actual operation, the vertical displacement of the high, medium damping track bed, and ordinary track bed are 1.683mm, 0.421mm, and 0.145mm respectively, and the lateral displacement of the track bed is 0.346mm, 0.087mm, and 0.051mm, respectively. The multi-level vibration reduction universal prefabricated track bed has obvious vibration reduction effects for vibrations above 20Hz, and can freely choose and change the vibration reduction level according to different needs, which has certain guiding significance for the development of vibration reduction universal prefabricated track bed.
