轨道交通乘客信息系统(简称PIS)是以通信和多媒体技术为基础,基于多种显示终端为乘客提供全方位、多场景的信息服务系统;本文分析和研究了目前轨道交通乘客信息系统面临的硬件投资过剩、部署调试效率低、信息播放链路长、故障点多、可靠性差的难点,变革了传统的音视频传输方式,提出了“系统入云、播控入屏”的新一代乘客信息系统的云播控架构,终端显示设备直接接入云端管理控制,减少了传统方案下50%的传输故障节点,保障乘客信息系统稳定可靠运行。
