针对北京地下水位上升导致的地铁结构渗漏问题,如何科学合理地对北京地铁渗漏进行治理及防控成为当前研究的关键。本文从既有地铁结构渗漏风险识别、风险评价和风险应对策略三方面,对北京地铁既有结构渗漏风险防控技术体系进行系统的研究与分析。首先,从风险识别入手,对引起渗漏病害的因素进行了全方位分析。然后,在风险识别的研究基础上做风险评价,将地铁渗漏病害按照定性和定量的方法对区间和车站结构进行分类分级,给出渗漏等级A、B、C和D,做出应急及常规治漏措施。最后,提出相应的渗漏风险应对策略,包括应急处置和一般渗漏治理。研究内容可为类似地铁结构病害治理体系提供理论参考和技术支撑。

Aiming at the serious leakage problem of subway structure caused by the rise of groundwater level in Beijing, how to scientifically and reasonably manage and prevent and control the leakage of Beijing subway has become the key of current research. In this paper, from the existing subway structural leakage risk identification, risk evaluation and risk response strategy, the existing structural leakage risk prevention and control technology system of Beijing subway has been systematically researched and analyzed. Firstly, starting from risk identification, the factors causing leakage damage are analyzed in all aspects. Further, based on the risk identification, the research work of risk evaluation and grading was carried out, and the subway leakage diseases were categorized and graded according to the qualitative and quantitative methods for the intervals and station structures, and the leakage grades of A, B, C, and D were given to make the emergency response and conventional leakage control measures. Finally, corresponding leakage risk response strategies are proposed, including emergency response and general leakage treatment. The research content can provide theoretical reference and technical support for similar subway structural disease management system.
