采用A型车的160km/h城轨快线限界主要技术参数已超出现行国家规范及标准的适用范围,属于行业空白。本文通过对国内外限界体系及计算方法的调查研究,选取了理论分析结合动力学仿真的研究方法,对《地铁限界标准》(03版)中的计算公式进行调整,使其适用于160km/h的快线工程。在限界基本参数研究的基础上,结合快线工程特点,制定了车站、隧道的最优建筑限界:(1)与停站工况相比,列车以100km/h越行过站时,站台与线路中心线的距离可保持1600mm不加宽;(2)圆形隧道断面取决于设备布置空间需求,当采用柔性接触网时最优隧道内净7.5m、采用刚性接触网时最优隧道内净7.1m。

The main technical parameters of urban rail express gauge for A-type vehicle with a speed of 160km/h have exceeded the scopes of current national norm and standard. However, there are few studies on it until now. Based on the researches on gauge system and calculation method at home and abroad, our study adopts theoretical analysis and dynamic simulation methods together. The calculation formulas in Standard of Metro Gauges (CJJ 96-2003) are adjusted, so as to be suitable for the 160km/h express project. The optimal structure gauges of station, tunnel and bridge are formulated in combination with express project characteristics under the researches on basic parameters of gauges.:(1) Compared to the stopping condition, when the train passes the station at 100km/h, the distance between station platform and central line of track is 1,600mm; (2) The size of circular tunnel section is determined by space requirement for equipment layout in urban rail express project. When the flexible overhead contact system is adopted, the optimal net size in tunnel is 7.5 m. While the rigid overhead contact system is adopted, the optimal net size in tunnel is 7.1 m.
