城轨交通正逐步走向以运营为主导的“运建时代”,为了进一步促进高质量可持续发展,本文进行了城轨可持续发展的综合评价研究。首先从“一心三轴四圈层”的系统要素、输入-配置-运行-输出-反馈的要素关系、开放系统、技术-社会系统和复杂巨系统的特性出发,论述了城轨交通是一个“开放的技术-社会复杂巨系统”;其次,基于城轨可持续发展的经济、社会和环境三维度交错概念模型,建立了由评价要素体系和评价业务体系构成的城轨可持续发展综合评价体系;接下来建立了线性-非线性相融合的人机交互法的方法论,并突破当前知识-数据双驱类人工智能评价方法的难点,创立了基于先验信息的深度融合型“知识-数据”双驱算法模型,为下一步应用奠定了基础。

China URT is gradually moving towards the "operation and construction era" dominated by operations, in order to further promote high-quality sustainable development, this article conducts a comprehensive evaluation study on the sustainable development of URT in China. Starting from the system elements of "one center-three axes-four layers", the elements relationship between input-configuration-operation-output-feedback, and the characteristics of OCGS, it is discussed that URT is an "open technicalsocio complex giant system"; secondly, based on the three-dimensional concept interlocking model of economic, social, and environmental, a comprehensive evaluation system for URT sustainable development was established, consisting of an evaluation element system and an evaluation business system; next, the methodology of " A human-computer interaction method of fusion of linear-nonlinear" was established, and the difficulties of current knowledge data dual drive artificial intelligence evaluation methods were overcome, then "a dual wheel drive of deep fusion knowledge data algorithm based on prior information" was proposed, laying the foundation for the next step of application.
