我国轨道交通工程正处于快速发展阶段,BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型)技术已广泛应用于轨道交通全生命周期各阶段。然而,各单位的BIM建模方法不统一、信息不规范,导致BIM模型数据难以在后期有效统一应用。考虑轨道交通BIM模型创建软件的多样性,提出建立基于IFC(Industry Foundation Classes,工业基础类)标准的轨道交通BIM构件标准库。根据轨道交通工程各专业构件的表达需求,研究了构件类型、构件信息的IFC表达,以及适配IFC标准的扩展机制。轨道交通BIM构件标准库技术框架主要包括基础数据层、技术支撑层、应用场景层、用户层。为满足BIM构件模型的应用需求,采用国家标准的分类编码方法定义轨道交通各专业BIM构件的分类编码;研究了BIM构件模型的加解密方法,以保障轨道交通工程BIM模型数据的安全性;定义了构件信息模板,规范各专业构件的属性信息及其资源链接方式。通过搭建统一的BIM构件标准库,促进参建方采用标准化的BIM构件模型创建轨道交通BIM项目模型,保障了BIM模型的规范性。

The rail transit engineering is in the stage of rapid development in China, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology has been widely applied in the lifecycle of rail transit engineering. However, the creation method and the information of BIM models from different participants are not unified, which makes it difficult to effectively and uniformly use BIM model data. Considering the diversity of BIM model creation software products for rail transit engineering, the IFC (Industry Foundation Classes)-based BIM component standard library for rail transit engineering was proposed. According to the expression requirements of rail transit engineering components, component types, IFC expression of component information and IFC-based extensibility mechanism were studied in this paper. The technology framework of this BIM component standard library for rail transit engineering contains basic layer, technical layer, application layer and user layer. To meet application requirements of BIM component models, the classification and code method in the national standard was used to define the classification and code of these BIM components; the encryption and decryption method for BIM component model was carried out to ensure the security of BIM model data; the component information template was proposed to define component properties and their resource links. The proposed unified BIM component library enables project participants to use the standardized BIM component models to create the project model of rail transit engineering, ensuring the standardization of BIM models.
