聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕最早配合直线电机牵引系统应用于城市轨道交通,近些年来逐渐拓展至国铁和重载线路,因其良好的综合性能,在国内获得广泛研究和应用。对比分析了国内合成轨枕的技术发展历程和国外、国际相关合成轨枕技术标准,并调研了合成轨枕在国内的应用进展及使用过程中出现的问题和解决措施。结合国内轨道交通领域的发展需要,及应用过程中存在的问题,提出了聚氨酯合成轨枕产品在我国的未来发展建议和展望。

Synthetic sleepers of fiber reinforced polyurethane foam were initially applied in urban railway traffic to adapt the linear induction motor system, and developed to the national and heavy-haul railway in recent years. Synthetic sleepers were widely researched and applied nationwide for their excellent overall performances. The technological development history and standards of synthetic sleeper in China were analyzed and compared with the foreign and ISO standards. Meanwhile, the application progress, application problems and solutions were investigated. Combined the requirements of the domestic rail traffic with the application problems of synthetic sleepers, the development suggestions and prospects of polyurethane synthetic sleeper in our country in the future are proposed.
