为提高城市轨道交通全自动运行(FAO)系统运行的安全性,本文从FAO系统运维的角度,提出了一种基于情景融合的FAO系统危害分析技术。该技术通过场景要素识别,融合生成FAO应用场景,然后综合选取等比例分配法、先验信息分配法或组合逻辑分配法,采用半定量SIL分配技术完成核心子系统功能安全指标分配,同时解决了传统功能故障模式影响及危害性分析(FMECA)对进行多系统功能安全完整性等级(SIL)分配存在局限性的问题。为后续FAO系统线路的危害分析及SIL分配工作提供参考。

In order to improve the operation safety of fully automatic operation system (FAO) in urban rail transit, proposed a hazard analysis method of FAO system based on scenario composited from the perspective of FAO system operation and maintenance, identified the hazards and relevant hazard elements of equipment in normal, fault, emergency, rescue and other scenarios, and carried out hazard analysis, Finally, from the perspective of FAO system operation, put forward relevant safety requirements for each core system of FAO, operation and maintenance personnel, equipment interface and construction, and solves the limitation that function safety integrity level (SIL) cannot be allocated in the safety analysis of traditional function Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). It provides a reference of the hazard analysis and SIL allocation for the construction of subsequent FAO system lines.
