本文旨在探索地铁中市政直接加压供水的消防给水控制系统自动启泵的优化方法。通过阐述地铁车站消防管网与系统控制的发展历程、针对车站消防系统启泵不动作、时间过长等问题,采用在地铁车站现场试验、分析测试数据的方法,通过实践掌握消防系统压力与流量的变化特点,得出结论:市政水压影响压力开关动作值的设定,创建基于站点市政水压阈值条件下确定压力开关、流量开关、稳压泵组取值的新方法;由于压力开关的设定值受市政水压影响,车站市政直抽消防系统应采用高压稳压;发现不同工况下压力开关、流量开关具有互补性,因此流量开关与压力开关均设定为自动启泵功能,提高自动启泵可靠性;压力开关、流量开关与稳压泵组之间的动作值逻辑关系应根据泵房不同的设置方案进行相应调整,避免消防管网渗漏引起压力开关流量开关误动作启泵的风险,解决自动启泵时间过长或过快的问题。探索符合地铁车站特点的消防系统优化方案,有效提升地铁消防给水系统的高效与安全。

The purpose of this paper was to explore the optimization method of automatic pump start of fire water supply control system for municipal direct pressurized water supply in subway. By describing the development history of fire control pipe network and system control in subway stations, aiming at the problems such as non-action of pump start and too long time of station fire control system, field test and analysis of test data are adopted in subway stations, and the changing characteristics of fire control system pressure and flow are mastered through practice. The conclusion is drawn: The municipal water pressure affects the setting of the action value of the pressure switch. A new method for determining the values of pressure switch, flow switch and stabilizer pump set based on municipal water pressure threshold was established. Because the setting value of the pressure switch is affected by the municipal water pressure, the station municipal direct pumping fire control system should adopt high pressure regulation. It is found that the pressure switch and flow switch are complementary under different working conditions, so the flow switch and pressure switch are set as automatic pump start function to improve the reliability of automatic pump start. The logical relationship between the action value of the pressure switch, the flow switch and the pressure regulator pump group should be adjusted according to the different setting schemes of the pump room, so as to avoid the risk of the pressure switch flow switch operating incorrectly to start the pump due to the leakage of the fire control pipe network, and to solve the problem that the automatic pump starting time is too long or too fast. To explore the fire control system optimization scheme in line with the characteristics of subway stations, and effectively improve the efficiency and safety of the subway fire water supply system.
