地铁设计中为满足轨道道床的吊装要求,需要在明挖车站或明挖区间的顶板、中板设置轨排井洞口(28m×5m)。较大的轨排洞口严重削弱板的刚度,施工工况下传统二维框架断面计算无法满足设计需求与实际情况。此外,轨排井段支护结构方案的选择至关重要,其与安全性、经济性密切相关。本文基于北京东部高水压细颗粒地层中叠摞地铁区间轨排井设计的具体案例,介绍了该工程围护、主体结构方案的比选思路,结构计算重难点等关键问题,希望对以后地铁建设过程中的轨排井设计提供参考。

In order to meet the lifting requirements of the track bed in the subway design, it is necessary to set the track panel well hole (28m×5m) in the roof and middle plate of the open-cut station or the open-cut section. The large opening of the track panel well seriously weakens the stiffness of the plate, and the traditional two-dimensional frame section calculation under the construction condition cannot meet the design requirements and the actual situation. In addition, it is very important to choose the supporting structure of the track panel well section, which is closely related to safety and economy. Based on a specific case of the design of a stacked subway track panel well in the high water pressure fine particle stratum in the east of Beijing, this paper introduces the comparison and selection ideas of the project envelope and main structure, and the key problems of structural calculation, hoping to provide reference for the design of track panel well in the future process of subway construction.
