为适应现代轨道交通运营高质量发展,全面提升安全风险防控能力,开展基于人工智能技术应用的轨道交通运营安全风险防控系统研究,研发乌鲁木齐地铁安全管理智慧平台,将大数据等人工智能技术融入到安全生产管理中,为管理赋能,支撑管理方式方法的创新和完善,全面提升现场安全管理工作在快速感知、实时监测、超前预警、动态优化、智能决策、联动处置、系统评估、全局协同等方面的能力。系统涵盖地铁运营安全管理基础工作和重点工作,主要针对双重预防体系、作业过程动态管理、安全生产标准化提升等方面,以信息化基础能力补充为目标,建设有风险分级管控、隐患排查治理、安全监督检查、安全智库、应急处置、危险作业管理、预警预测等功能模块,实现了企业安全管理数字化和智能化,提高了安全风险防控能力。
